With a greater awareness spreading about the importance of taking care of our planet, there’s never been a better time to explore an increased use of sustainable materials and reusable products.
To celebrate nature during Earth Month this April (as well as all year round), I’m using a combination of upcycled, recycled and recyclable materials, to do my part for a healthier planet. I’ve made it a point to use paper products for all of my packaging, with the exception of my bookmark and print sleeves. All is not lost in regards to the sleeves however – they are made from 10% recycled content.
From recycled paper envelopes, Kraft paper gift wrap, card stock packaging and products to upcycled custom boxes for shipping, I’ve got eco-friendly packaging down.
I’m happy to help the environment by reducing my business carbon footprint in any way I can and I know my clients appreciate knowing their purchases don’t contribute to excess packaging waste. While I think it’s important that we all do our part, I truly believe it’s up to businesses (big and small) to lead the way in producing eco-friendly packaging and environmentally conscious products.
